Community Events

The Grayson County Health Department hosts two community programs annually.

• The Road to Summer Safety

• Community Baby Shower

These programs go hand-in-hand with some of our educational programs within our health academy. 

The Road to Summer Safety is in the spring while the Community Baby Shower is in the fall. Each event offers free educational resources as well as gifts and prizes.

Additionally, as outlined in public health transformation, each public event is completed through collaboration with our community partners.
